Nasi Uduk literally means mixed rice in Indonesian. Instead of water, the rice is soaked in coconut milk and served with empal, fried chicken, eggs and sprinkled with fried onion. This dish can be virtually found everywhere in Indonesia, with many street stalls especially just selling this dish.
